Srinagar, Sep 05 (KNO): The Handicap Association on Tuesday organized an awareness campaign against stunt bikers and drug abuse. The association, as per by the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), said this month is Spinal Cord Injury Month, and they have gathered here to spread awareness among individuals, who indulge in stunts on bikes and consume drugs. “We are sitting on these wheelchairs due to accidents and the youngsters should not indulge in the activities that endanger their lives,” said one of the members. “The youth should also stay away from the drugs that ruin their lives,” they added. The association also demanded authorities to review the pension scheme for the handicapped at earliest—(KNO)
